My first day of observation at Dai Nippon Primary school was quite an amazing and adventurous experience for me to closely observe how education is successfully maintained and carried out in that specific area. It was a welcoming school with helpful teachers who helped us to be in our respective classrooms that we were distributed to be in; I learnt that the compound of this school was well organized, and clean. I managed to do my class observation for my task in year two class, and I learnt many essential teaching styles that were effective in carrying out learning processes. The teacher whom I was in her class was child supportive, cared responsibility, helpful and able to control the class. At the beginning of the class lesson the teacher do a class warm up for children to be ready to start. The teacher was truly passionate about teaching, I learnt that she faces certain obstacles during her teaching, but she still manage to find ways to keep her students participate and obedient in class. My second day of observation taught me about how to become an effective teacher. I cannot become an effective teacher if I don't know how to control, engage, and deal with my students. I learnt that teachers had the power of teaching in their hands, and these powers must not be use to violate or harm the rights of children in classroom. Yet the powers must be used wisely to set good atmospheres of the whole classes.
